Week 3 of Hip Replacement

Week three This week was the first week of training. This was the medicine I needed to release some endorphins!

Slow and steady! The incision area is still very painful and the glute and quads are are affected as I Work on breaking up scar tissue. Stationary bike and band work with Physical therapist on Wednesday and seated weight training on Friday light and steady.

Still Working on the swivel action.
