Join Mrs. Colorado American 2026, Adriana Morrison, for a powerful, real-world self-defense experience every woman needs.

This is not a basic class.
We are training in Krav Maga–style tactics built for real-life situations. You will learn how to identify danger, react fast, and defend yourself with confidence using techniques designed to leave an attacker on the ground and give you the chance to get away safely.

This is about awareness, empowerment, and taking control.
