Hello! My name is Renee Paul, and I am a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach. I am a
62-year-old lover of being fit and healthy. I have been a fitness professional for
over 30 years and have no intention of slowing down. My heart is to inspire those
to find their personal health journey and create their vision of fitness for
themselves. I have trained for well-known health clubs including Bally’s and 24-
Hour Fitness. I worked as a personal trainer at 24-Hour Fitness until 2011, where I
continued to teach the Silver Sneakers Senior Class until 2020. My certifications
include ACE, NASM, ACSM, a Nutrition Certification, and an associate degree in
Sports Medicine.
In 2011, I launched Conceptual Fitness, LLC and continue to inspire my clients with
this moto – “What the mind can conceive, the body will achieve”. So, regardless of
your age, what is your journey? Is it nutritional coaching, learning how to eat
healthier, creating your dream body, or just learning how to work out? Call me; I
